Refund policy
In-store:
All purchases made in the OAG Shop are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All tags and packaging must be intact, and the product must be in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges (this can be a receipt or order number).
Online:
If you have made an online order, are unhappy with your purchase, and would like to request a refund, please notify the Gallery within 14 days upon receiving the package. The item will be required to be shipped back to the OAG Shop with all tags and packaging in its original condition. Once it has been returned, we will then issue the refund. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. Unless the product is faulty or there was a shipping error, we do not reimburse return shipping fees.
Earrings, edibles (chocolates, teas, etc.), gift cards and marked sales items are all final sale. No additional discounts can be applied to sales items.
Holiday gifts:
Any purchases made from November 1st – December 31st, the return/exchange period will be extended to January 31st. The shop will not accept any gift returns/exchanges past January 31st, that exceeds our regular 14-day return policy listed above.
Original Artwork:
In order to ensure safe delivery, all original artwork must be shipped in hard-shell packaging. The shop will provide a full shipping estimate, including hard-shell packaging to the purchaser for approval. Once the purchaser approves to pay the cost of the estimate provided, we will then arrange the shipment of the artwork.
