Fees

The shop will arrange to ship a purchase upon the request of the purchaser. Purchase and shipping fees must be paid in full before the order is shipped unless a collect on delivery option is selected by the purchaser. The purchaser shall pay all costs for the shipment of the order, including the cost of shipping materials, including any duties and fees applied to international shipping, and any additional brokerage fees applied to the recipient of the shipment. The shop may provide an estimated timeframe for the shipment based on the Shop's operating hours and the estimated timeframe provided by the shipping company, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. The shop shall provide any available tracking information to the purchaser.

Damages

We do our best to package all items well, to avoid any damages while in transit. If you receive a damaged order, please connect with use within 7 days of receiving your product and provide detailed images of the damage and a proof of purchase. The shop will then provide the purchaser with a full refund and our team will follow up with our courier to report the damage.
