"I have always been a creative person throughout my life, with many different materials and techniques. Research and practice are central to my art making, as is quality. Each art form I have worked in over the years informs the design and construction of these cuffs. My inspiration comes from many different things. I may not consciously incorporate these into my work, however, it surprises and uplifts me when an inspiration shows up in the form, composition and colour of each unique cuff."
