Weekly art and wellness workshops for mental health

Join us on Zoom for a creative workshop with Gallery Educator Haley Menard. The workshops aim to foster holistic wellness by providing multidisciplinary creative exploration in an open and supportive environment. Online Creative Space has open registration for individuals carrying experiences of mental illness.   

Subsidized art kits containing the required materials for the program will be available online and in-person at the OAG shop during regular open hours for $35 from January 15 until they are sold out.

Please note: This program is intended for adults living with mental illness. We ask registrants to responsibly determine their own eligibility. No justification or verification is required. 

The Zoom link will be sent to all registrants before the sessions start. 

Registration is required upon purchase.

Since 2015, the OAG has partnered with The Royal Mental Health Centre on Creative Space, a program that encourages a social learning environment through weekly art-making workshops.
