Shipping:

We ship online orders twice a week. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

In Canada:
Please allow for 2 – 4 weeks for deliveries. We will contact you if, for some reason, there is a delay in the shipment.  

Please note that we provide the option to have your order mailed to you or picked up at the OAG Shop location, in Ottawa.

United States:
If you are ordering from outside Canada, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for shipping. We are not responsible for duties and custom charges at the border. It is up to the client to organize these details.

Refund and exchanges:

In-store:
All purchases made in the OAG Shop are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All tags and packaging must be in tack and in its original condition when returned.

Online:
If you have made an online order and are unhappy with your purchase, please notify the gallery within 14 days upon receiving the package that you request a refund. The item will require to be shipped back to the OAG Shop with all tags and packaging in its original condition. Once it has been returned, we will then issue the refund.

Unless the product is damaged or there was a shipping error, we do not reimburse return shipping fees.

We do our best to package all online orders to avoid damage during shipment.  If the item is damaged upon delivery, please contact the OAG Shop immediately.
